For your convenience, park behind the shop and bring your donated items into the shop through the back door (see below for a picture of the back of the shop). Click here for driving directions and walking directions from Metro. If you want your donations to benefit the shop's charities and its customers (and not be stolen or ruined by exposure to the weather), please do not leave them outside the front or back doors of the shop.
Sorry--we don't have staff or vehicles available to pick up donations at your home or workplace.

Items We Cannot Accept

Items We Welcome
- Men's, women's, teens', and children's clothing, coats, and shoes--clean and free of holes and severe wear.
- Kitchen goods, including small appliances, silverware, glasses, dishes, utensils, etc. Working microwaves are the largest appliance we can accept.
- Sheets and other bedclothes, towels, tablecloths, napkins etc.
- Jewelry and watches (if working except for battery replacement).
- Functioning stereo and video equipment, including portable or flat-screen TVs, small stereo speakers, boom boxes, etc.
- Musical instruments in working order.
- Cameras and video recorders, preferably with owners manual, charger, and other required accessories.
- Home decor items, such as small & medium-sized furniture, lamps, vases, framed pictures and prints, etc.
- Corded telephones if fully functioning, cordless phones if fully functioning and complete with charger and instructions.
- Books intended for teens or older, children's books if printed after 1985, CDs, cassettes, LPs, DVDs, video games for consoles still in general use, computer software if not obsolete (i.e., Windows 7 and higher).
- Sports equipment, such as golf clubs, baseball gloves and bats, etc. if intended for adults or children 13 years of age or older.
- Puzzles and games if complete and intended for adults or for children 13 years of age or older.
- Flat-screen computer monitors, computer speakers, small peripherals like modems, and software if not obsolete (i.e., should be Windows 7 and higher). We unfortunately don't have room for printers, scanners, etc.
- Tools and other hardware items.
- Clean soiled clothing or repair torn seams, holes, broken zippers etc., nor can we sell clothing in this condition.
- Repair broken items of any kind, nor can we sell them.

Items We Cannot Accept
- Children's jewelry made of metal, or any item made for children that is known to contain lead.
- Cribs, bassinets, strollers, or car seats.
- Clothing or shoes that are soiled, stained, have holes, serious wear, etc.
- Reference books, textbooks, and out-of-date travel guides.
- Large appliances--working microwaves are the largest appliances we can accept.
- Large furniture--please call the shop at with any questions.
- Computers, printers, scanners, etc. (We will accept flat-screen monitors, speakers, software for Windows 7 and higher, and small peripherals like modems).
- Televisions, except for small portable TV's and flat-screen TV's.
- VHS tapes--they just don't sell!
- Cordless phones unless fully functioning and including charger and instructions.
- Cell phones, whether working or not.
- Weapons
- Paint
- Cosmetics
- Food items of any kind.
- Pesticides, fertilizers, cleaners, or other household chemicals.
- Incomplete puzzles or games.
