- The Montgomery County Thrift shop is a charitable non-profit organization that sells affordable used and vintage clothing, jewelry, books, CDs, and household goods. Volunteers provide nearly all staffing and profits go to five non-profit charities providing direct services to Montgomery County residents.
- We have both a thrift section, with clothing, books, home items, and electronics, and two lower rooms with higher-end home decor items, antiques, small furniture, and jewelry.
- Donating, rather than discarding items you no longer need, saves landfill space and disposal costs. Re-using, rather than buying new goods, conserves raw materials and energy, reduces your carbon footprint, and saves you money!
What You'll Find at Our Store* - Men's, women's, &
children's clothing, coats, and shoes.
- Kitchen goods, including small appliances, silverware, glasses, dishes, utensils, etc.
- Sheets and other bedclothes, towels, tablecloths, napkins etc.
- Books, CDs, cassettes, and LPs
- Small furniture, such as chairs, end tables, lamps, etc.
- Jewelry and watches
- Games and puzzles for teens and adults
- Stereo and video equipment, including VCR's, cassette decks, boom boxes,
small speakers, etc.
- Home decor items, such as lamps, vases, framed pictures and prints, etc.
- Corded and cordless telephones
- Sports equipment, such as golf clubs, baseball gloves, etc. for teens and adults
- Wedding dresses, furs, etc.
