- The Montgomery County Thrift shop is a charitable non-profit organization that sells affordable used and vintage clothing, jewelry, books, CDs, and household goods. Profits are donated to five non-profit charities providing direct services to Montgomery County residents. .
- We have both a thrift section, which sells donated items, and a consignment shop that offers antiques, home decor items, small furniture, and jewelry.
- Donating or consigning, rather than discarding items you no longer need, saves landfill space and disposal costs. Re-using, rather than buying new goods, conserves raw materials and energy, reduces your carbon footprint, and saves you money!
What You'll Find at Our Store* - Men's, women's, children's, and infants' clothing, coats, and shoes
- Kitchen goods, including small appliances, silverware, glasses, dishes, utensils, etc.
- Sheets and other bedclothes, towels, tablecloths, napkins etc.
- Books, CDs, cassettes, and LPs.
- Small furniture, such as chairs, end tables, lamps, etc.
- Jewelry and watches
- Stuffed animals, games, puzzles, and toys
- Stereo and video equipment, including VCR's, cassette decks, boom boxes, speakers, etc.
- Home decor items, such as lamps, vases, framed pictures and prints, knick-knacks, etc.
- Corded and cordless telephones
- Sports equipment, such as golf clubs, baseball gloves, etc.
- Wedding dresses, furs, etc.
- Flat-screen computer monitors, computer speakers, software, printers, and other peripherals
